I always wanted to know why CBS stopped airing their annual parade on Thanksgiving and why they do not air it anymore? I always thought it was due to costs and money for commercial airtime. Or did they just decide to retire the CBS All-American Thanksgiving Day Parade/The Thanksgiving Day Parade on CBS and replace it with NFL football every Thanksgiving? I wish CBS could revive this parade and make it a Paramount+ exclusive but it doesn't seem that they will

It wasn't replaced with football. All-American Parade probably did terrible on against Macy's Parade.
