This episode gets some pans from fans of the series. Although the writers inserted a line from Wally suggesting Beaver was too old old for this--the fact is, 12 year old Beaver/13 year old Jerry Mathers was too old for this. It could have been done a year or two before.

Beaver does not like the idea of dressing up as a bunny, to be in a school presentation. Ward has to work late, and Wally works a deal to get Lumpy to drive them. Lumpy stole the show with some excellent one liners about Beaver's bunny suit. A flat tire on the way over to the school relegates Beaver to walk the rest of the way to the school. It doesn't go well, but Beaver eventually arrives.

A contender for worst episode: "Beaver the Babysitter". There is so much wrong with that episode.

Now that I recall (and as another of your recent posts has confirmed) that YouTube commentary video on the "worst" LITB episode was on "The Silent Treatment," not "Beaver the Bunny."
