Ryan Seacrest fans are concerned about the “Wheel of Fortune” host after a clip from the show went viral on Instagram last week.
In the Jan. 23 footage, the 51-year-old congratulated Vanna White on her recent marriage to John Donaldson — but social media users focused on his “gaunt” appearance.
“That’s Ryan Seacrest??? No way. Absolutely no way,” one fan wrote via X.
Ryan Seacrest fans are worried about the “Wheel of Fortune” host over his slimmed-down appearance on the show on Jan. 23.
We hear, however, that the “happy and healthy” “American Idol” host is “doing great.”
A source tells Page Six Seacrest is focused on how he “kicked off the new year” with “great ratings,” from his “New Year’s Rockin’ Eve” show to “American Idol,” “Wheel of Fortune” and “Celebrity Wheel of Fortune.”
Fans, meanwhile, are claiming, “Ryan Seacrest looks like an entirely different human.”
Some theorized the “gaunt” multi-hyphenate was being portrayed by an actor and asked the “real Ryan Seacrest [to] step forward,” noting, “It doesn’t even sound like Ryan never mind not looking like him.”
Others came to Seacrest’s defense, insisting “he’s just older.”
Social media users called the “American Idol” host a “shell of” himself on Jan. 23.
Others asked the “real Ryan Seacrest” to “come forward” on Jan. 23.
Some defended Seacrest (pictured above on Jan. 12) and speculated he may be experiencing health struggles.
Seacrest’s rep did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
The Emmy winner sparked similar comments in July 2025 when he posted photos of life “lately” looking noticeably thinner.
Four months later, Seacrest showed off his muscles in a video doing bicep curls in a T-shirt and shorts.
“The trick is to wear a t-shirt two sizes too small,” he joked in the caption of the November 2025 workout.
In 2024, the radio personality (pictured above on Jan. 26) joked about wanting to look “29 again.”
The previous year, Seacrest admitted to “over-exercising, eating better, over-training” ahead of turning 50.
“I’m doing everything I can to feel like I’m not 50,” he told “Entertainment Tonight” in December 2024. “Anything I can do to make myself feel 29 again.”
Seacrest’s regimen at the time included “lots of muscle recovery, cold plunging and steaming.”
