Zodiac was described as being as old as early 40s in the late 1960s, so while it’s theoretically possible he could have committed this murder in 1947, I think it’s incredibly unlikely due to the aforementioned reasoning with MO. Black Dahlia was dismembered and mutilated. People who kill in that way don’t all of a sudden change to stabbing/shooting their victims, in much the same way that the UM segment involving Zodiac references the fact that Zodiac wouldn’t change his MO to sending bombs in the mail
