Does Will Smith own that hotel? Brian King Joseph was one of my favorites when I still watched AGT, good violinist who kept smiling even with all his physical pain. But this lawsuit doesn't quite make sense, seems like it is more of a beef with the hotel. Unless Will himself wrote the note saying Brian would be assaulted. Well, we do know Will hits people who make him angry from the Oscars incident.
