It’s Christmas in Santa Monica, and the roommates think no one can afford a tree this year… so everyone secretly goes out to get one. Randy “Macho Man” Savage, Jack (John Ritter), Janet, and Chrissy each launch a covert Christmas mission — with very different results.

Randy hauls home a giant tree like it’s a feather, decorates the apartment, and wraps gifts in full wrestling gear and a Santa hat… while Janet & Chrissy’s tree takes a brutal roll down a hill into traffic, and Jack’s bargain tree sheds every last needle before he makes it home. The three roommates return totally defeated—only to discover Macho Man has turned the apartment into a glowing Christmas wonderland.
