David Ramsey revealed that he had to convince CBS and WB. to let him star in both Arrow and Blue Bloods despite both shows filming at the same time.

I was sad to see that man leave Blue Bloods. His playing a wheelchair bounded mayor I thought was good writing. His character didn't let the chair put an end to his work identity. :) :) :)
