I've been watching Adam the Woo's YouTube channels for years. He had over 745k subscribers on his main TheDailyWoo (https://www.youtube.com/@TheDailyWoo) channel and another 406k on his original adamthewoo (https://www.youtube.com/@adamthewoo) channel.

He visited Disney theme parks, roadside attractions and did many movie/tv filming locations. He traveled around the country in recent years to visit every MLB stadium to watch the Tampa Bay Rays play. He did some international travel videos this year. My favorite videos he did were when he traveled the backroads of America and filmed small towns in the middle of nowhere.

Even though I never met or talked to him, he felt like a friend from watching his videos for many years. I lived vicariously through his travel videos. He was the same age as me. He was a big Back to the Future and 1980s movies fan like I am.

It was very shocking to hear the news today because he had just uploaded a video yesterday. I'm sad for his family and friends. I will miss watching his daily adventures and vlogs.

I'm sorry to hear about this, TJ.

I wasn't familiar with him, but I do follow several YouTubers and I know I'd feel exactly how you do if something unexpected like this happened.

He was far too young. RIP Adam.

That's shocking and very sad to hear. :(

I discovered his channel about 10 years ago and always enjoyed watching him explore abandoned or historical places. He seemed like such a fun and upbeat guy taking the viewers on an adventure. Rest in peace Adam. :(

YouTuber Adam the Woo's Cause of Death Revealed
by Shania Russell
January 27, 2026

A cause of death has been revealed for YouTube creator David Adam Williams, one month after the travel vlogger's body was discovered in his Florida home.

In a Monday Facebook post, Adams's father Jim confirmed his cause of death as "atherosclerotic and hypertensive cardiovascular disease," adding that his manner of death was described as "natural causes" in an autopsy report from the Medical Examiner.

"Our beloved Son… your beloved friend… died, in essence, of a heart attack in his sleep from health issues he probably never knew he had," Jim explained. "Now, we can all stop guessing. Be grateful the Lord allowed him to die at home and not in a foreign country. Be grateful he was found by friends (as hard as that was) and not some nameless stranger."

He concluded by adding, "Be alert. Be ready. We love you all. Thank you for loving Adam."
