"Hotel Costiera" not Returning for Season 2 on Prime Video; Jesse Williams Series Shopped by Fremantle – The Dish

Prime Video is checking out of "Hotel Costiera". The streamer, which carries the first season of the English-language Italian series in a number of territories including the U.S., the UK and Italy, is not renewing it for a second, Deadline has learned.
It was co-produced by Amazon MGM Studios and Luca Bernabei for Lux Vide, which is owned by Fremantle. Fremantle sells the show around the world and is currently looking for a new co-producing partner to help finance a second installment, sources said.
