It has been announced that The Mavericks singer Raul Malo has passed away at 60 after a battle with cancer. My dad liked The Mavericks and had one of their albums and it makes me curious what the rest of the band will do without Raul Malo?

"Oh What A Crying Shame" is my most favorite song from the band.
God bless you and Raul's family and the other band members always!!!

Did you ever hear O What A Thrill? That's my dad's favorite The Mavericks song and you could dance to it like a waltz

Yeah that's a good one, it's a shame that Raul Malo died at only 60, may he rest in peace.
A bit of trivia that probably not many people know or remember pertaining to The Mavericks. Singer Trisha Yearwood was briefly married to The Mavericks original band member Robert Reynolds years before she married Garth Brooks.
