 Oh God..nosebleeds. Something that Ive always been scared of. Seriously, wake up your parents if its a bad nosebleed. Once, my mother had to go to the hospital because she lost so much blood. If its only a lil blood, its probably because your nose it too dry..try moisturizing it. Keep your head titled up and kinda pinch it lightly where the eyes are..right on the bone. But ya, if its bad..WAKE THEM UP!

I'm sorry to hear of your lupus. My niece has it, and it's a horrible disease. She has her good days and her bad days. :(

I'm glad your nosebleed stopped. My niece was in her mid-20s when she was diagnosed 10 years ago. Some days, she can't even get out of bed and vomits all day. It's awful for her. She has 3 children under the age of 10.
A lot of people aren't aware just how devastating Lupus can be until they meet someone with it or get it themselves. Hopefully, they'll find a cure soon.
Take care of yourself. :)
