Ya ok. So today my parents go up to Maine to bring some stuff up to my brothers. Anyways, around 230 I get phone call from some lady. She had this friggan southern accent that I couldnt understand and she asked for my brother Warren who does NOT live with us. Anyways, I told her that he doesnt live here and so she asked for his phone #. I told I didnt know so she asked who I was and my relation to him. So I told her Crystal and hes my brother. Seriously though, she was the biggest bitch. She gave her HER number (for the company) and her name. I hardly understood what she was saying. So my parents get home later on and I tell them. My mother was like *You shouldnt give out that* blah blah blah. And I told her how the lady was SO RUDE to me..thats not very professional. So, I go back to caller ID and my MOM leaves a little message for her. I cant remember it word for word, but shes like: *Look, next time you call, make sure you have the right number. And dont ever harass my daughter again. Blah blah blah. If this happens again, Ill see your ass in court!!* LOl. About 5 minutes later, we get a call. SOMEHOW, the number dialed something COMPLETLY different, leaving the message on some ladies answering machine! My other apologized, and calls the RIGHT number. Its the SAME rude woman. My moms like whos this? Or something like that, and the lady's like may I have your number? And my mother is like whats it matter to you?! And then the lady asks a couple more questions and is like, do you speak english? And my mom goes, YES! Do you, ASS****?!?!?! And slams the phone down! LOl. We found out later it was some lady for a credit card place. Seriously though, the lady was the biggest bitch lol. The only reason why I told my mother to call, was because I knew shed give it to her! I tried making her call her again, but she said no...LOl.

Omg! that is sooo rude... I can't believe how rude people are.

Ya...my mother does that kinda stuff ALL the time. One day like, 5-6 years ago, we kept getting a prank phone call...so my mother took a Duck Calling Horn (its like a lil horn thing you blow into to attract ducks lol) and BLEW really hard and loud into the phone lol. They never did call back...

Ya..our moms would all do that stuff..but what about our Dads? My Dads always telling her to stay out of it! LOl

Prank calls annoy the hell out of me. We've had a few of those before. It's a toss up between cussing them out or screaming as loud as you can into the receiver and hopefully that'll make them stop. I've done the cussing out before, and it seems to stop. I can use the screaming bit the next time the prank calls start up.

Ya...once we got like 3 calls in a row. My mother was gonna go DANVILLE POLICE! Next time..but they never called back:( lol.

Oh, and last year, we got a call like..once a week for a whicked long time @ 5am! Finally my mother called back and left a nasty message. No more calls yet!

That's why we got a Caller I.D. Let me tell ya, those don't work every single time. Okay, I admit sometimes the name and #'s show up. Most of the time it shows up unknown name and unknown #. WTF is the point in having it then?

My mom used to own this business called herbalife and 1 time some foreign lady called and shes all "is zees zee phone numbuh fuh uhbalife?" and i was seriously like "WHAAAAT?" so she reapeated it anf i could barely understand her but she said "is this the phone number for herbalife" so i said ya and gave the phone to my dad so he can deal w/ her accent

one time this person kept calling asking for "Alex"... not as a prank but because they wanted alex and finally I was like (I was 11 at the time) "GO TO HELL!!! ALEX DOESNT LIVE HERE!!!" they still called back 56363 tiems tho.

We also went the answering machine route too. Nobody likes those things. Nobody. The cats used to step on the buttons and that would rewind the tape, and that didn't really matter because hardly anybody would talk when the answering machine picked up.

Ya..we hate ours too. When we play it..it doesnt even say the correct time of the call!!! Plus, its upstairs, so we dont care enough to check it when we come home lol.

Ok, well about a year ago or so it was late @ nite and I was in bed. Well anyways, my mother was watching Leno downstairs and my dad was upstairs. Well anyways, she hears banging outside. She looks outside and sees a truck. She runs outside and notices that they SMASHED our mailbox- which BTW had a Patriotic design on it, which pissed her off even more being the Aunt Sam that she is. So she goes back inside, tells dad and grabs the keys. Ya..she did a whole town search LOOKING for them! She said if she had found them she wouldve taken her club from the backseat and smashed their truck LOl. Finally, after she calmed down she went home and called the cops and told them a refrigerator was in the middle of the street. He didnt believe her. Soon enough, he came to our house and said that he had to move a neighbors fridge back into the driveway because they had put it there! LOl. Yea--you dont mess with my mother! Shes one tough woman! And thats only ONE story...lol
