It's one thng the producers and writers never show the viewing audience. It's something that should have been shown but I guess it was forgotten. Can anyone guess what it is?

I don't recall in any of the episodes when they actually showed the television... Also they talked about a female ob gyn receptionist when Pam helped Cliff out at work for a day. |
