I'm just curious What makes some of you all nervous?:blush:

Thunderstorms, Driving In Snow, Job Interviews, surgery of any kind.

Oh, just about everything. I'm getting better though.

* Speaking in front of a large group of people
* job interviews
* bugs
* watching my bros friend drive, man he shouldn't have ever got his license

about saying something stupid...
speaking in front of classes...
talking to people i don't know...
going to church...

Basically Im VERY shy, so anything in public that I have to do make me nervous! I hate having people watch me do something!! ARGH!

I'm easily embarrassed so almost everything makes me nervous.

a lot of stuff...

-speaking in front of large groups (which im getting better at since i gave a speach in front of about 3000 people last June)
-bugs
-most of my friends driving
-young male teachers
-long pauses in conversation
-being alone in the city
-the dark
-hospitals

Family.
Authority figures.
Standing in line for ANY length of time at the supermarket.
Waiting for the bus.
RIDING the bus with its usual assortment of crazy freaks. ("Usual"??):confused:
Bills in the mail.
Bill collectors.
Anyone paging me.
Anyone calling me.
Public restrooms.:eek:

Meeting new people and speecking in front of people.

Oh, everything makes me nervous. Especially talking to people I like. Like I hate Mrs. Harrod but I can talk to her like she's my best friend. But I like Mrs. Blasland [not like like, you..... people :p] and I can only say "ok", "yes", "no", and certain different things depending on the occasion. It drives me crazy cos I wanna have a REAL convo with her.

Everything! Bugs, speaking in public, meeting new people and the situations where a lot of people are watching me. Like Graduation night, I was so nervous I was gonna trip or something. I hate how my mind works because in my mind I could picture it happening. Luckily it didn't happen, but if I think about situations long enough it just makes it even worse.

When im being timed to do something and i mean almost nething...even when im playing video games and i hafta run outta someplace b4 it explodes or something i just panic and throw the controller down and make some1 else do it. Sometimes i get really nervous for no reason. When im nervous for like a performance or something i just keep looking at the clock and seeing how close it is to the event and scream. And i get all hot and sweaty sometimes from being nervous.

I used to do the same thing. I just couldn't make myself go. I'd make myself sick and then convince myself I couldn't go because I was sick.

Now I'm on Paxil and I feel a lot better. Have you ever thought about that? The stuff is expensive (of course I have no health insurance), but it works.

Yeah, I was almost put on that. Prozac helps though. But ya never know when I'll get stuck on something else, so...

well, i don't get nervous when we have to present something in class. but, dancing in front of people makes me nervous. not like at parties. in dance class today (it's my pe class) we had been rehearsing 5 seconds of the song (ot, but we,the beginners, are doing all cher song, "believe," "i got you babe," and "it's in his kiss." and i knew it so well too. so she wanted to test us to put us into groups. and we went up 3 at a time. so i was standing there, 40 ppl. looking at me and i started going too fast and everything. ahh! it was horrible. lol. doctors me nervous too, and hospitals, and i go there every week.

when I met Lisa W and Joel I got really nevous to the point of almost crying,. not like that "OMG IM MEETING" them crying more like the "Im gonna make a fool out of myself, they wont like me, they'll probably flip me off" kind of thing cause nobody ever really likes me. Soemtiems i get nevous for no reason.

I still get nervous before singing in front of a group of people, but it's gotten a LOT better since I started. Hospitals and doctors make me nervous too......ugh.

on my headphones.:rock: :guitar: :guitar: :rock: and that song is SCARRRRRRRYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!:eek: I felt much better.

Next time I see her, I'm throwing on my Black Sabbath shirt.:D
