Dick Van Dyke sits down with TODAY’s Al Roker and opens up about the life lessons he hopes readers will take away from his new book, "100 Rules for Living to 100: An Optimist's Guide to a Happy Life.” He discusses choosing joy, how easy it is to take the right attitude in life and to "look for the best of everything, look what's positive and the people that are positive." “Diminished”??!?!
All I know is that many celebrities that live that long can be somewhat forgotten as time goes on, especially when they decide to retire.
Van Dyke has kept busy acting. Although I don’t have a streaming platform, I know (from SO?) that he appeared on Days of Our Lives at 98.
I would say that there just isn’t much of a call for 98 year olds to act. That’s NOTHING to be ashamed of, though.
Wonderful human being.
