I have just received in the mail a book/magazine called "Smash" on the cover is 20 year old Freddie Prinze with a "Huge" smile on his face with a dark yellow T-shirt that read "Rick Newman's Catch a rising star.

I am going to buy a scanner, and learn how to put pictures on this site. The cover story is called "A cinderella story with Freddie as the Prinze" It shows them taping from the cameras point of view. with a full page interview with Freddie. a must seen picture. dang he look gooddddddddd.

Chico is made on the same set as Sanford and Son. When Sanford's shot, Ed's entire garage is torn down. A few hours later, it's put up again, with every item in the mess in the exact position as before.

I love the picture where they show the set of Chico. It makes you feel like you are right there as the audience looking at Freddie acting. WOW!!!!!

Freddie grew up in New York City, in a mostly black neighborhood. But Freddie was an unsual combination_the 6-foot 2-inch off spring of a Christian Puerto Rican mother an a Jewish Hungarian father. It's hard enough to make it out of the ghetto. But Freddie always thought he would, and so did the guys he knew. "Aw sure, man, we gettin' out," says Freddie, mimicking his friends. "Some of them chose to do it with drugs, some in other ways. Some of them," says Freddie, imitating a funeral director, "are not with us any more."

hello Cheryl, I have been doing some pricing on scanners, and I found one that is priced at $79.00. Could you tell if this a good price or not? Thanks a lot

I'd say that's kind of a high price for a scanner. I got mine for around $29 after rebate & I got one for my Mom for Christmas for $9.99 after rebate. I got them both in Circuit City. You may want to try places like that & Best Buy & Office Supply & Computer stores & see who has the best deals. Looking in the Sunday ads is a good idea too. Good luck!
