So I loved watching this show when I was a kid, and it seemed like Jolene was almost ALWAYS the waitress when I tuned in. Flo also, be she was less frequent, I was always hoping for a Flo episode, but it was usually always Jolene.

Then there was Belle, it seemed like they always just stuck her very few episodes in at the END. I remember when it would come on, it would start with Flo for what seemed like a few episodes, then it would go straight from Flo to Jolene for a HUGE amount of episodes, then 2 or 3 Belle episodes at the end.

For the longest time I even thought Belle came after Jolene, because when I first saw her I had NO IDEA who she was and my aunt told me she was Belle and came after Jolene.


I do have a memory of Belle phoning the diner, but in my memory I thought she was phoning to tell them she was coming to town and was about to be hired and Jolene was about to leave, and I thought she phoned from a truck stop type setting.

Just wanted to share that memory, But I wonder if TBS did air the show weird like that in the 80s or is it just flawed childhood memory?
