Hello dues,

Love can be experienced in two "ways".

We can feel loved.

We can choose to be loving.

If we feel unloved we are still able to experience love by choosing to be loving.

Perhaps feeling unloved will make us feel understandably sorry for ourselves, and so the prospect of choosing instead to be loving in such circumstances seems a very difficult undertaking.

Taking heart and inspiration from examples of those who have demonstrably managed to do so are demonstrably doing so--will also help us to follow such examples.

Indeed it may be that those who do so,have done so,choose to do so for the very purpose of offering guidance and support in our own efforts to do likewise.

For our part, there are so many ways that loving for all else can be channelled. There so much need, often far greater than our own.

There are no relative measures in loving-- the seemingly tiny gestures and offerings and those offerings apparently far greater and obvious carry exactly the same signature.

Not being loved really hurts and leaves hole.. FEELING LOVE is beautiful!

We arent meant to be alone!!

I'm whats called "rolling solo", been cut off by family, don't hear from old friends anymore, etc... Being alone isn't bad, it's the feeling that no one cares
