Do you think NBC, ABC, CBS, FOX Should preempt local News on Christmas Eve at 10:00pm & 11:00pm?

I remember years ago My local NBC Preempted local News on Christmas Eve & Showed It’s A Wonderful Life from 9:00pm-12:00AM.
