Ok, I know i'm going to sound stupid here but wht the heck, I've only owned a computer since February. What is copy and paste and how do I do that?

Run your mouse over the e-mail address. Hit the right click button. Scroll down & hit copy. To insert it in your e-mail program, hit controll button & either the C or V button at the same time. Hope I got it right... Good luck!
