I have never figured out how in the world The Hurt Locker became a popular movie because ever since it was nominated for Oscars and it made Jeremy Renner a household name in movies and made Anthony Mackie a big household name as an actor as well The Hurt Locker seemed to be a talked about movie when it debuted in theaters. Was it because of the superb acting it had or is because it had an impressive storyline? I know why this film became huge was because Jeremy Renner and Anthony Mackie were gonna be big action movie stars and The Hurt Locker was their ticket to stardom
