Yes, he did move out, only I don't know if it was a permanent move. I remember Sam visiting Cliff in his apartment. I also remember he had a date there too.

I do remember a specific episode where Cliff excludes his mom from his apartment so she moves in with Woody. At the end Cliff moves back with Ma Clavin, and he agrees with Woody to share her, since Woody grew to like her a lot.

In one of the last episodes (I believe) Cliff sends his mother off to live in a retirement home

Cliff's apartment is also in the episode "Look Before you Sleep" in the final season.

and Cliff always has a picture of the president (from Reagan to Clinton)hanging in his home. Whether it be the old home or his apartment.

Isn't there an episode where Cliff hires Norm to paint his apartment and Cliff ends up having a monkey do it instead and then Norm gets the monkey to deliver mail??? I'm not sure if that is one of the ones that was listed or not?!?!
