What was the first CD or record you bought? Mine was "Ace of Base" in the 3rd grade...those were the good ol' days :lol:

I bought The Fine Young Cannibals and Wilson Phillips.

Grease soundtrack in 3rd grade....?? I think, not sure...it was 4 the school dance thing

I didn't even get into music until The Spice Girls nor did I care about any other music besides The Spice Girls they have to be the most stupid fake manufactured band EVER but I liked em at the time. Anyways my first CD was Spice by The Spice Girls.

:lol: i think that was mine too....oy they were awful, but my friends and I LOVED them at the time..we'd go to each others houses to dance to the cds and had spice girl named (i was posh...) kinda scary now...
i didnt really care much about CDs until summer before 6th grade. Before that i only really listened to the radio every so often, and watched musicals.

The first CD I bought was by Susan Aglukark. The album with O Siem on it.

The first record I ever bought w/my own money was a 45. "Hold Me" by Fleetwood Mac in 1982. I think the first CD I ever bought was Journeys greatest Hits.

Oh goodness. Well, *cough* the first CD I got was The Spice Girls when I turned 11. God I loved that CD for the longest time, I remember playing that song "mama" over and over again. Yes, those were the good ol' days...*reminisces*

I think my first CD was the Beach Boys...but my first Bonnie Raitt CD was Nick of Time so we'll just say that. :D

I didn't get into music until about 1995 or 1996. I think my first cd was Coolio. I think the name of it was Gangsta's Paradise. It had that song on it, so I guess that's what the name of the cd was.

My first was the spice girls CD. second was the second spice girls CD. Third was britney, fourth was NSYNC. Fifth was BSB... And sixth was Blink 182 (which I bought on the same day as a red hot chilli peppers, goo goo dolls, and third eye blind CD's... i lost em all).

Second was... Spice Girls. Oh EW. How do you go from Metal to Pop?! Ugh Gawd....

My first was, I think, Falling Into You ... Celine Dion... I loved that CD.

I bought my first CD in 1992 when I was in second grade. It was TLC's "Ooooooohhh... On The TLC Tip." I was so small that I didn't even understood some of the things they said.

I have bought all of their CD's ever since, and they keep on getting better. I just bought 3D (advance copy ;) ), and I am in love with it.

well, my first couple of cds were celine dion cds. i think the first cd was either celine dion or let's talk about love.

well my first musical group cassettes i got was NKOTB's Hangin TOugh and Step by Step, that was in the 3rd grade i think. My first CD was Boyz II Men's CD with " I'll make love to you" on it. I don't have it anymore soooo I don't remember the name.

I bought my first CD player when I was 15. The first CD that I bought was Arrested Development.

The soundtrack to SENSE AND SENSIBILITY by Patrick Doyle. (I was in love with that movie, and despite the fact that I didn't have a CD player I bought it anyway and listened to it on my parents' player.) The movie came out in 1995 - so I must have been about 13.

If we're talking about tapes too... My first tapes were John Michael Montgomery and Carman.
