I found my copy of Kathy Troccoli's self-titled album from 1994 and when I listened to it I think she was trying to crossover into pop the same way Amy Grant did. The album scored singles including her popular power ballad Tell Me Where It Hurts that was a pop hit in 1995 and the popular song My Life Is In Your Hands. It seemed to me that Kathy Troccoli was desperate to try again in the pop market after success with Pure Attraction in 1991. But I think with this self-titled album Kathy knew that she deserved a second chance at the pop market
