During the season 4-6 intro, when Bob is walking to work, there is a moment at a crosswalk where a man leans over to Bob, says something, and then Bon laughs. By any chance, did Bob ever mention what was said to him? Was he just a random stranger on the street or part of the crew?

According to the man, himself, it was something like, "You're Bob Newhart, aren't you?"

Just a chance occurrence and a pleasant exchange that happened while the cameras rolled.
