The one where Mike's new college girlfriend has the hots for Steve. Every time she looks at him, we hear a boing sound.
Same thing in the six-million-dollar man whenever Steve Austin was doing something needing his bionics.
I am not sure the music played when we see Wally with his jellyroll hair is the same. It could be.
I think there is another popular show that did the same type of thing.
Is there a name for it when noises are added to emphasize what is going on?

FKB uses a kind of "boing" sound in some early episodes. Like when Jim sees a new oufit Betty has on and he's shocked and doesn't approve.

I want to know if there is a name for using sound to emphasize what the actor is doing. Its almost if the sound is used like a narrator.
They use a narrator for explaining things.

I'm wondering if a boing sound would be
Design SFX: Design sounds are entirely made up of sounds that never existed and wouldn't usually exist. Many of these sounds are a mish-mash of other sounds or something futuristic, like technology or aliens.
