Well, I'm not sure I know who played her http://sitcoms.digihosting.com/ubb/confused.gif, and I don't even know if they showed her, but her name (and very appropriately so) was Minnie Malph.

Episode #11 (Because She’s There) introduces Ralph's parents, Harry and Hazel Malph, played by Mike Monahan and Gracia Lee. In later episodes, Ralph's father was named Mickey Malph and was played by 2 different actors (Alan Oppenheimer and Jack Dodson). Ralph's mother's name was Minnie Malph but she was never seen in any episodes.
