Perfect example of running a show into the ground. It went on about 4 seasons too long. Dear Lord to see Urkel as a grown man still wearing those suspenders and doing crazy stuff was beyond lame. When I was going to college in 1989 I worked at a grocery store and I remember the National Enquirer would have all these stories about the father being gay. Back in those days the papers would out you. The next summer in 1990 I worked at a department store and there was so much Urkel merchandise. I wonder how much of a cut he got on all that stuff. The show really got weird especially when the new younger kids moved in. But this show brings me back to my college years.
