How many years older was Fonzie than Richie, Ralph and Potsie? How many years older than Joanie was Richie?

I just watched, "They call it Potsie Love" and Potsie is 3 years older than Joanie. Richie would be the same age as Potsie, I'd assume. Fonzie can't be that much older than Richie...a few years, I'd say.

I think Fonzie's supposed to be 2 years older than Richie. I just wonder because in the later seasons, Joanie has graduated high school so she must be 18, but that would only make Richie 21 and he's out of college now and in the army. Seems like they're not consistent with the characters' ages.

I noticed the same thing. It doesn't seem consistent.

Actually, did Richie ever graduate college? Because when Ralph and Richie were in the army, Potsie was still in school...unless he went to graduate school. But I've always wondered if maybe Richie finished up his schooling in the army. (I think I heard somewhere that you can do that.)
