I don’t know I just never really watched The Partridge Family.

However I grew up loving The Monkees on NICK at NITE. Listening to thier music as a child and still love their music to this day. So I vote The Monkees all the way!

I remember watching both The Monkees and The Partridge Family, even when the shows went into reruns. Both shows were produced by Screen Gems. The Partridge Family did well for three years but when ABC made the fatal mistake of moving the show to Saturday night opposite All in the Family combined with the unneeded addition of Ricky Segall, the end was near.

I would give an edge to The Monkees. Though it had a shorter run than The Partridge Family, it was a very funny and avant-garde show that was a rock video pioneer 15 years before MTV.

It actually took the best comedy Emmy its first season.

I had a bigger crush on David Cassidy than Davy Jones but I'm still going to pick The Monkees.

Just my opinion but I think ABC wanted to kill off the show and the move to Saturday night opposite All in the Family was intentional.

Comparing the two shows, Monkees and Partridge Family, both are good but I probably like The Partridge Family a little more. It's a close call though.

Both shows are good and funny with great songs. I think Partridge was less silly compared to The Monkees which often felt like the 60s Batman show. Partridge for me.

If we are just going by favorite show The Monkees but the Partridge Family was also awesome and a lot of fun.
