Wow the finale was almost #1. I see the show overall ranking was #44 for that season. If people wasnt watching all season why so many to watch the finale? lol
Dec 16 1975-#11
May 28, 1984-#6
That May 28 episode was the back door Schneider pilot, which had him and Barbara for a minute at the beginning, and the rest was Schneider in Florida with all new characters. It looks like it did surprisingly well.
What were the ratings for May 21, 1984, the episode that really wrapped up the series for all the main characters?

That was an error on my part. I used the wrong date. #6 was for the finale on may 21, 1984. The schneider pilot on 5/28 was #32:lol:

That makes more sense. Because I was thinking if the Schneider pilot had came in at number 6 it might have actually gotten a 13 week tryout the next TV season.

It's on the DVD and also in the syndication package since it ran as a One Day At A Time episode with the ODAAT opening and closing credits, and Barbara is in the first minute. It is officially the final episode of the series even though the one before is really the final episode, if that makes sense.
But you're wrong about you wanting to see it. You don't. It's not that good.
