John Ritter Foundation Sets "Three’s Company" Table Read with Adam Devine, Jason Alexander and Ritter’s TV Daughter Kaley Cuoco (EXCLUSIVE)

This year’s annual Evening from the Heart LA gala, which celebrates John Ritter‘s legacy and the continuing work of the John Ritter Foundation for Aortic Health, will feature a one-night-only staged live celebrity read from “Three’s Company”.

Free streaming service Pluto TV is set as the exclusive media partner, hosting the on-demand release. The gala is set for Sept. 12 at the Sunset Room in Hollywood.

While tickets for the gala are sold out, fans can stream the live read online via The John Ritter Foundation website; it will be available on demand exclusively on Pluto TV at a later date.




The read will be of “Going to Pot,” the classic Season 7 episode which aired in 1983.


The performance will feature:

Jack Tripper – Adam Devine (Workaholics)
Janet Wood – Kaley Cuoco (8 Simple Rules, The Big Bang Theory)
Terri Alden – Priscilla Barnes (Three's Company)
Larry Dallas – Richard Kline (Three's Company)
Ralph Furley – Jason Alexander (Seinfeld)
Mr. Sneff – Steven Weber (Wings, Chicago Med)
Sgt. Kent – Reno Wilson (Mike & Molly)
Walter Johnson – Ron Funches (Loot)
Detective Green – Holly Robinson Peete (Hangin' with Mr. Cooper)
Narrator – Tom Bergeron (Dancing with the Stars)




“This event is a celebration of John’s life and the community that has grown around his memory,” said Amy Yasbeck, founder of The John Ritter Foundation for Aortic Health.

“We’re grateful to Pluto TV for helping us extend the reach of this performance and amplify our mission to save lives through awareness and research.”

2 questions with the most obvious one: Why Joyce doesn't participate?

Second question, why this episode? It's good, but can't say it's the best. I assume they had the restriction of picking an episode with no physical comedy.

I'm shocked that Joyce is not there. They should have let Jenilee be the narrator.

Joyce sent a video and they played it before the show started.
