The former iCarly star, who authored her 2022 bestselling memoir I’m Glad My Mom Died, will make her novel debut with Half His Age, which will be published by Penguin Random House’s imprint Ballantine on Jan. 20, 2026. Half His Age is described as “startlingly perceptive, mordantly funny, and keenly poignant — a sad, funny, and thrilling novel that follows a seventeen-year-old girl named Waldo as she navigates an affair with her teacher, exploring the complexities of desire, power, and self-discovery.”
