One day we were on this road a couple weeks ago traveling and we came across an abandoned Prison!!

The gate was open and everything was open,it was really bizarre......The Guard Tower was OPEN so we climbed the stairs to the top..... What an amazing view from the tower!!

They must have recently shut this prison down as the power was still on.......

There was no cat walk between the towers which would have been nice to walk down....

An interesting day indeed...

We went to a state park yesterday that had a campgrouns there and a lake for swimming.... Its interesting they locked the gate but it only appeard to be locked if youdkdnt look closely!!

All ya had to do was pul te chain off the lock where it was and ya could drive in........

I put it back when we left!!
