Besides Zorro, more Vault Disney movies will be showing up on Grit, Saturday August 16th. With the way the channel has been branching out and expanding their library, wont be surprised to see it overtake METV as the #1 digital sub-channels at the end of the year.

Old Yeller
While Jim Coates is off on a cattle drive, his wife, Katie, and sons, Travis and Arliss, are left behind on their Texas ranch. When a runaway dog named Old Yeller causes damage in one of their fields, Travis tries to drive him away. However, Travis and Katie both warm to Old Yeller when he saves Arliss from a bear attack. With more Western themed Vault Disney movies / shows on Grit, I wonder if we will see the Apple Dumpling Gang movies and Spin and Marty in the near future?

I also wonder if Disney is now more open to lending out their back catalog (including the animated shorts and shows) to the digital sub-channels and streaming fast channels.

I know a few years ago on Grit’s sister channel Laff, the Honey I Shrunk the Kids movies were aired on there which are also Disney movies.
