1987 gave us cult gems like Star Trek: TNG and Married… with Children—but it also unleashed a werewolf soap (Werewolf), teen hijinks with pre-Friends Matthew Perry (Boys Will Be Boys), and maybe the most awkward green-card sitcom ever—I Married Dora with a young Juliette Lewis, a con-artist caper with Margot Kidder (Shell Game), a PI dramedy starring future Oscar-winners Frances McDormand and Marisa Tomei (Leg Work). Add Jason Alexander’s pre- George Costanza misfire (Everything’s Relative) and ABC’s live-action fairy-tale mess (The Charmings), and you’ve got a lineup execs hope we’d forget. Let’s relive the face-plants!

I remember watching Boys Will Be Boys, I Married Dora and The Charmings. Boys Will Be Boys wasn't really from 1987 though...It was retooled from Second Chance, which was in the fall of 87, but went on hiatus in Nov. It came back in Jan 88 retooled as Boys Will Be Boys.
