Ok, have you tried Amazon.com's Zshops and Auctions? Or Half.com ? I have also seen the book recently online for sale thru Bibliofind, Bookfinder, and American Booksellers Exchange, (ABE). Personally, I picked up my 2 copies at used bookstores. Good luck to you both, as it is required reading for Freddie affondicios!

Hey guys, I would try all used book stores in the town I lived in or nearby towns. That is how I got mine, and I think I paid less than $5 for it. Good Luck. I have even been thinking about calling some myself just to help people out.....

All total with shipping $12 something (I went for book rate instead of the first class rate to save $$$). I asked hubby could I get it on his card & he said yes, so I struck now while it is still there! You could either order over the puter thru them or order by e-mailing the seller. If I e-mailed the seller about it to order well shoot in the mean time someone could order online for it. So far all seems well. It talked like there may be a slight crease on the front cover but I can deal with that if it means I don't have to spend $20, $30 something, $50 something or $100 some bucks! Man I found it for $2.50 not long ago but when I tried to order it online they had sold out of it while I was in the midst of ordering. Oh well, I still got a deal!
