Another example of an unknown dialogue exists in a cut in "Goodbye Alice Hello" (I'm not taking about the infamous "bathing suit" scene cut long ago) This is a small cut when Carol discovers the broken lamp in the den that Peter and Greg bust. She questions Alice and says, "Now, I want to know exactly how this happend, who did it, and why." Alice says, "Is that a direct question, looks at Carol's stern face and says, "Yup, that's a direct question." Just as Alice moves her lips to answer, TV Land cuts to Peter, Bobby, and Greg in their room complaining about Alice saying how she "squeeled" about the lamp being broken. I would assume that Alice just says in the cut that Peter and Greg broke the lamp to Carol." and then the original version it goes to the boys room and the kids have a little more dialogue about the situation

Here's another one from the same episode, Carol asks Alice if anyone was using the record player last night, Alice says, "Marcia, she must of played new album about 20 times." TV Land cuts to the middle of Marcia's sentence asking Jan and Cindy....."wouldn't you call that squeeliing? All Alice had to do was turn off the record player." So, we are missing a scene where Carol must have questioned Marcia about the record player, in addition to the beginning of Marcia's complaining about Alice to Jan and Cindy after the incident. What is so aweful is that us Brady fans will never know the full dialogue from the original version, unless we can remember it, or the episode comes out on VHS or DVD. If anyone has the missing dialoge for any episodes, please share what was omitted for us! Thank you!

In the Grand Canyon episode when the Bradys are looking at the Canyon Mike is explaing that the Colorado River built the whole Canyon. TV Land & Nick @ Nite cut out this remark by Peter "No wonder you don't us to leave the water faucet running." When the Brady Bunch was shown on TBS that line by Peter was included.

In "To Move Or Not To Move" when Greg & Marcia are complaining to Carol about the house being too small TV Land & Nick @ Nite leave out this line Greg says "and they use our closets" and Marcia says "girls have more clothes." Greg is referring to his sisters when he says they. This scene was shown on TBS.

Another small edit that I would love to see restored is in "Her Sister's Shadow" (My favorite Brady Bunch Episode for writing quality and story line) When Jan tells Mrs. Watson about the mistake in her essay contest score, which forfets her place in the school's honor society. Mrs Watson compliments Jan's sportsmenship and honesty in acknowledging the mistake. After Mrs. Watson says, "Her behavior today should be an example to all of us" TV Land cuts to Jan, talking to Mike and Carol and begins in the middle of the sentence...."and I wanted to win at something so badly, I didn't know what to do." Does anyone know the missing dialoge?

This episode, "Bobby's Hero", and "The Dropout" are the best of the best of the series, and they show that The Brady Bunch could be "serious" and deal with realistic issues when necessary.
