On TV, Laptop, Phone or Tablet? Just wondering because it seems like when I watch on my TV I experience a lot of issues but not when I watch it on Laptop. It doesnt matter if I watch Pluto on my TV on Firestick or on the TV itself still same issue with freezing or other screen issues

On the laptop it runs smooth.

On TV via a Roku box. I never thought about it before, but I don't recall any kind of freezing or other issues when I occasionally watch on my phone.
