This episode is entertaining for the wrong reasons. 2 rival gangs want to go to war and one gang abducts JR because Barnaby is not available to do their investigation. The gangs are so fun to watch because they are not the gangs of today. No guns. No tattoos. The gangs carry chains and crow bars LMAO. They are mostly white but each has the token black guy and Latino guy. One gang leader is in a disco outfit. Hey its 1977 and peak disco era. JR is kidnapped and held against his will but agrees to work for the Scorpion gang. In the end JR solves the murder and the 2 gangs do a handshake and all is good. The police show up and JR hands over the murder suspect to police. I love how police take the private investigator's word and don't do an investigation themselves.

I love these shows. Gotta love the 1970s!!!!
