NORM 11-02-2002, 01:51 AM I sent John Ratzenberger a letter 3 weeks ago and he sent back an autographed photo of himself with the message, "To Steve, Keep your socks white and your heart pure.Cheers and best wishes John Ratzenberger.Authentic!not a print.
