I remember watching Looney Tunes on Nickelodeon during the late 80s and early 90s.

I seem to remember this short. This was in color and it was made either in the 50s or 60s or maybe even in the 70s. It was definitely not from a later decade then the 70s. In the beginning, a person knocks on the door of a mansion. The butler says: “I will tell the master, it has arrived.” The butler then goes through A LOT of rooms to get the master.

I don’t know the Looney Tunes characters that were in this short. Anyone know what the name of this short is?

Sounds like Daffy Dilly (1948). It was released in October of that year, so it would have been part of the syndicated packaged Looney Tunes on Nickelodeon.

I wonder if a somewhat similar yet odd cartoon from WB, “The Oily American,” has been shown on Weigel.

There’s the stereotypical Indian—however he is extremely rich. So rich that he can go hunting inside the house, which is gussied up to look like wilderness.

Maybe the ending from his butler, “Your arrow, sir” (spanking the Indian), makes it taboo.

Interesting cartoon nonetheless.

None of the MeTV networks show "The Oily Americsn." I sometimes wonder if Warners simply does not make certain cartoons available, or whether it's MeTV's standards. No way of knowing..
