A TVLine article came out today with some details about Stuart Fails to Save the Universe, the upcoming HBO Max spinoff of TBBT with Stuart becoming the main character and a weird sci-fi twist. I made a comment there that Stuart will fail to get ratings and is so not leading man material. I don't mind this one being relegated to streaming. The readers of that article anyway must be huge Stuart fans, 17 downvotes on my comment with just 3 upvotes. Regardless of some TVLine dissenters, I stand by saying Stuart is nowhere near leading man material. At most this will get two seasons, if not cancelled after one. Even creepy Howard added more to TBBT than Stuart ever did, Kevin Sussman's character was the weakest of any series regulars there.

It's on HBO Max? I don't get that service.

A lot of people seem to think they have to defend their shows, even ones that haven't come out yet. No up-/down- voting is the way to go.
