I went through the last show and counted ten death references and four ironies that I thought some of you might be interested in. I'm going to go through the tapes that I have of Freddie's last season (I don't think I have all the shows) and compile a list of these weird references.

If you'd like to see the list from Freddie's final episode, it's on my site at www.prinze-sr.cityslide.com (http://www.prinze-sr.cityslide.com)

check under Death References & Ironies.

If you can help with this section, please post a message on the board or e-mail me at Croiter@aol.com

Thanks!

those are amazing numbers. I think the show talked about death too much for me. when someone on the show mentioned the word "death", my mind wanders off and I think of freddie.

I noticed that & thought it was strange. I can't help but wonder why they had all those references to that death stuff on there? I wonder was it to freak him out or was it coincidence or what? I'd sure love to know what's up with that.

I saw on the internet this picture of Freddie where he's crying & it had a caption under it saying Please You're Making Me Cry. I think that was from a CATM episode but I can't remember which one it was or why he's crying. Does anyone know? I saved a copy of the pic & am posting it below.

He looks so sad in that pic & I get a sense that it was more than just acting in the pic & that he was really sad. It makes you really sad to look at it cuz he looks like he's about ready to start bawling his heart out. I see it & I just want to go to him & put my arms around him & comfort him bless his heart.

I played around with the picture doing a photographic trick to it using photographic software program. Not too professional looking a job I did tho. Just having a little fun with the pic. Hope it's not too sad.

Thank you Ms. Harrell for these pictures. It is incredibly sad and makes one wonder how much of it was acting as opposed to how he really felt inside? It just breaks your heart to see these pictures and the episodes where his tenderness was shown. It is an immeasurable loss.

That was a very sad picture, Cheryl...but good work. It also breaks my heart and I too want to grab him up and tell him that it will be alright...somebody should have years ago.
The death references in the last show almost made it impossible to watch. I recorded it the night it came on and haven't watched it since. When Freddie put that knife up to his throat it almost made me...well...toss my cookies. I got such a sick feeling in my stomach. I really don't know what the writers were thinking when that script was put together and approved. That's why it's so important for all of us to remember and focus on the happier Freddie...the positive Freddie. We've all aged over the years and we know what the score is...when the show begins again with the first season we can all start over again.

That picture is from the episode where Ed is getting evicted from his garage so they can put a freeway in. It is called "The Hallowed Garage" It was the start of Season 2. The picture comes from the scene where they are all in the office at city hall fighting the eviction notice. I have been editing my tapes the last two weekends and I think I have these episodes memorized. Besides I have a hard copy of the episode guide from the sitcomsonline, chicoandtheman homepage! This is a very helpful tool.

Just curious to know why he was crying in that episode. If anyone knows I'd sure love to know. I haven't seen that one in awhile. It looks so realistic & I'm suspecting he was really sad & not just acting. Oh if only someone could've helped him... Poor thing. http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/frown.gif

I had fun playing around with the pic & doing another version of it...

He was crying because Ed was giving the comissioner a tear jerker of a story to convince her not to evict him. It had everyone in tears!

Thanks for the info! http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/smile.gif Good work. I don't know why but for some reason I thought he was crying cuz he was sad that he might have to leave Ed. I remember that episode now. Haven't seen it as much lately but they are all great! Thanks for the info! http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/smile.gif
