Probably just a temporary schedule change due to the upcoming Superman movie.

Yeah I think they brought back Adventures of Superman because of the new movie. Lets hope its permanent because Kolchak has been on for a long time on Super Sci-Fi Saturday Nights.

Suprised H&I has not added Lois & Clark: The New Adventures Of Superman to their Saturday and Sunday morning comic book heroes block. The show had a good run and it is not currently airing on any other rerun network.

It looks like MeTV lost rights to Saved by the Bell.

That show was too new for the channel anyway. I wonder if more shows are expiring soon. We could use some different ones.

They could also air the 90s Flash tv series. Seems like both channels stick to what they know and aired historically.

I was thinking about that show (The Flash) when I mentioned Lois And Clark yesterday. Both METV' Sci-Fi Saturday Night and H&I's Comic Book Heroes programming block could use a shake-up. I know it is a Marvel Comics property, but they should also bring back The Incredible Hulk.

I don't think they're adding Superman because of the new movie. METV only makes changes when forced to, Kolchak was probably running out of steam, hell, there are only 20 episodes and its been on for at least 4 years, fatigue finally set in. I guess Batman is holding its own so why not give Superman another run. The color episodes may get higher rating than the black and white episodes so maybe that's why the decision was made to start with season 3. The season 3 opener is a real clunker in my opinion, that's the time machine episode with Sterling Holloway.

Unfortunately I'll miss an hour of Wild Kingdom due to local public affairs programing. I used to watch alot when I was a kid.
