***SPECIAL EDITION OF "20/20" -- WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 6 (10:00-11:00 p.m. ET) - Barbara Walters will spend an exclusive hour with the first family of reality television - the Osbournes. In her first interview since announcing she has cancer, Sharon Osbourne speaks candidly to Walters about her cancer treatment, her family and their expletive-laden hit MTV show and her unusual childhood. Aimee Osbourne, the one daughter who declined to participate MTV hit, talks for the first time to Walters about her relationship with her family. Also participating in the interview are Ozzy, the Osbourne kids Jack and Kelly, as well as Robert Marcato, the newest member of the family.

This is Sharon's first formal interview since announcing she has cancer. Also, Aimee Osbourne, the one daughter who declined to partcipate in the hit MTV show, talks for the first time about herself and her family.

Who watched it? I did! I thought it was great. I saw them in a whole new way.

I watched it. I thought it was so sad when Ozzy started crying when they were talking about Sharon's cancer. I guess it goes to show that at least one couple in Hollywood can actually stay together. They both really love each other.

Oh I know!!!:( Im glad they showed Aimee too.

It figures. I thought about it during the day and forgot to watch it at night. Hopefully someone will replay it sometime. I can't believe I forgot!

Yay, I finally saw it. I almost started crying when Ozzy started crying.

OMG when Ozzy cried...that was sooo sad! I mean he's "the Prince of ****ing Darkness!!"
