I was watching Nickelodeon Guts on Paramount+ and I noticed that on Season 3 Nickelodeon Guts was given a Super Bowl like image and I would like to know why they did this? Was this new image the reason why Nickelodeon Guts got cancelled? Because I noticed that Season 3 starts with a rap version of the theme song then after the first events they added a halftime show type segment called The Mike And Mo Show where Mike O'Malley and Moira Quirk would give their very own commentary on the first two events in the game. I also noticed that the Aggro Crag is now known as the Mega Crag but the ceremony at the end is the same. Was Nickelodeon Guts trying to change it's image to get better ratings or were many people unhappy with this new image which led to Nickelodeon Guts getting cancelled?

I think what Nickelodeon was trying to do with Nickelodeon Guts was turn each episode into a sporting event with Season 3 and when Season 3 debuted they gave Nickelodeon Guts a Super Bowl like image. I think also like Double Dare Nickelodeon was gonna make Nickelodeon Guts a franchise series of game shows and that's why they had begun with Global Guts after Nickelodeon Guts ended. But I think they should've kept the original format that the previous seasons had and not gone with the Super Bowl like image for Season 3. I think out of all the Nickelodeon game shows of the 90's Nickelodeon Guts should be rebooted for a new generation of fans because this is one of Nickelodeon's best game shows of the 90's
