A buzzard named Brenda has been terrorizing a primary school on the outskirts of London, forcing children inside and dive-bombing nearby neighbors who take out their trash.
The neighborhood of Havering has been advised to carry a large, colored umbrella as a possible deterrent. Children are to play indoors at school until further notice while Brenda continues her reign of terror.
