I saw the list and while I agree that the vitameatavegamin episode from I Love Lucy did make the list, one notable omission was "Chuckles Bites the Dust" from The Mary Tyler Moore Show. The death of Chuckles the Clown was bizarre since he was stepped on by an elephant. The funeral scene when Mary burst into tears was a classic.
