BestTVever 06-06-2025, 06:45 AM I always disliked this episode. I found the kid annoying. Having said that, I don't see how anyone could say this was anywhere near the worst episode. Are you kidding me? What about Look What I Found or Hair Today, Gone Tomorrow?
Maybe its one of the worst of the Suzanne Sommers era but nowhere near the worst episode.
It seemed like a cheap knock off of the episode where the young girl staying with the Ropers falls in love with Jack and Jack tries to convince the girls it was the girl who sent them the phony telegram.
Season 4 starts the decline after 3 stellar seasons. It happens in ALL sitcoms. Season 4 is still really good but starts with the hit or miss episodes. There is also The Lifesaver where the kids are just as gullible as in Jack's Bad Boy.
Larry Loves Janet, Love Thy Neighbor, Jack's Bad Boy, The Lifesaver, Ralph's Rival, and The Loan Shark are the poor episodes of this season. However the episodes: Handcuffed, A Camping We Will Go, A Black Letter Day, Jack On The Lam, Root of all evil, and Snow Job are stellar and almost as good as the first 3 seasons.
DORVID 06-06-2025, 09:15 PM Every episode is great.
ClarenceAlabama 06-09-2025, 07:33 PM "Jack's Bad Boy" is not even the worst episode of season 4.... That would be "Secret Admirer".
"A Camping We Will Go" is the best episode of the season.

Secret Admirer is really lame and definitely worse than Jack's Bad Boy.
TVFactFan 06-11-2025, 12:29 AM another video posted with fake information. This episode ranked #1 for the week of Feb 11-17-1980
BestTVever 06-11-2025, 06:19 AM Yes. Even though we many not have favorites in season 4, Threes Company was the #1 show during that season and all episodes usually dominated the ratings and we all loved all of them. When we critique episodes today, its by looking back comparing the totality of the series. You don't see things in real time. When I grew up watching the Golden Girls, I loved every season and was upset when they stopped doing the show. Looking back the show was only great the first 3 seasons, really good in season 4 and got stupid the longer it ran. Its the same thing that happens in all sitcoms.

That fool in the video said the info was confirmed by Imdb.com lol There is nothing about that on that site about it being the lowest rated episode
The lowest rated ep would be in season 8
Mace Dolex 06-11-2025, 11:31 PM This episodes is ok but really the worst episode of all the series is from season 7 "Bob and Carol, and Larry and Terri"
TVFactFan 06-12-2025, 12:49 AM This episodes is ok but really the worst episode of all the series is from season 7 "Bob and Carol, and Larry and Terri"
These are the eps I dont want to watch anymore
Chrissy and Guru
Jack in Flowershop
Jack's Tattoo
BestTVever 06-12-2025, 06:25 AM I like them all even in their stupidity. Ever watch something so stupid that its entertaining. For example Jaws 4 is entertaining to me for its stupidity. But the episodes that are my least favorite are:
Look what I found
Janet Wigs Out
Hair Today, Gone Tomorrow
Bob and Carol
A Night not to remember
The Brunch
Forget Me not
Father of the bride
A crowded romance
And my all time least favorite is: Borrowing Trouble
Dianne3 06-20-2025, 04:00 PM The most disliked episode was the final one.
Suzanne Somers may have enjoyed this episode because this kid would have been close to her own son's age.
ClarenceAlabama 06-21-2025, 09:47 PM The guy who made that video was talking about the IMDB ratings NOT the television ratings. Here is the link to the IMDB ratings for Three's Company episodes... https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0075596/episodes/
The only 3 episodes that were below a 7 were, "Jack's Navy Pal", "Friends and Lover's" and "Jack's Bad Boy".
People loved "Up in the Air".

Thank you for pointing that out. Interesting. I agree with the consensus there. Besides Jack's Bad Boy, Jack's Navy Pal is just as low rated. I hate that episode too. But the highest rated ones I agree with: The Older Woman, A Camping We Will Go, and Handcuffed, Days of Beer and Weeds are sensational.
I dont understand the high ratings in the last few seasons. Jack's Tattoo is over 8 and one of the highest. I dont think anything post season 5 is anything as good as the first 3 seasons. Baby Its Cold Outside just as high as A Camping We Will Go. Not even close in my book.

Jack's Tattoo
Jack in the Flowershop
Chrissy and the guru
are two eps I dont ever want to watch again

Except for Jack's Tattoo this site agrees with you. Chrissy and the Guru and Jack In The Flower shop were low rated.
I understand Jack's dance in Up In The Air takes the cake for the highest rated one. But besides the dance, the episode is rather boring.
cloggedmind 06-22-2025, 11:29 AM The Babysitters is the one I'll never watch again. Babys and kids crying (faked or not) for supposed comic effect is one of the worst sitcom tropes ever invented.
Two other horrible examples are the stupid, Abdullah crying episode of I Dream of Jeannie, and that episode of Amen where the bratty kid screams and cries like a banshee the whole frickin' time.
Will skip those forever more.

I agree that The Babysitters is not one of my favorite episodes. However the Roper's scene in bed is hysterical. I watch it just for that when Chrissy and Jack are on the phone with Mrs Roper and Stanley has no idea what they are talking about. Its scenes like that got them their own show.

I felt so bad for Jack since he couldnt watch the game or cook in their gourmet kitchen

I felt bad for Janet at the end when she was being ordered around by the grandmother as if Janet was hired help. Grandma could have taken care of everything.
